Location was great. It would be nice if the hotel had a washer/dryer, but the laundromat across the street was close. It just would have been nice to be able to do a load and go back to our room instead of feel stuck waiting at the laundromat.

Can’t beat the location! Even though we made it down to breakfast 15 min before its ending, most of the food was understandably gone, but the attendant (a young man) happily made up another pan of eggs for us. Overall, hotel is very clean (although there looked to be a wine stain on our carpet) & comfortable.

Breakfast was great. Nice place to stay when skiing at Bristol Mountain. Pool and hot tub were great. . very clean and comfortable room

Very friendly staff at front desk and cleaners too. Room was very clean and decor was tasteful. It was more upscale than i expected, which was a nice plus!

The rooms were spacious and clean ( except used soap left in tub). The beds and pillows were comfortable. It was nice and quiet and no street lights shining in our window. The breakfast buffet was delicious. There were eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, fruit and more. The kids enjoyed the pool.

The girl at front was very accomodateing.she was very friendly. She found our reservation on line where it was listed under Guess name. Provided us with an extra chair.
